INTAGARTEK & INTAGARTEK (INDIA) PVT. LTD is India’s pioneer technical consultancy company undertaking trunkey projects for setting up garment manufacturing and allied units since 1991.
Kishore Motwani’s vast and diverse industrial knowledge, hard work and vision has enabled this company to provide complete civil / electrical / mechanical, garment manufacturing skills & textile know-how has set up hundreds of units across the country & abroad in span of 25 years. His guidance and dedication has brought about many innovations and path breaking ideas in plant layouts and set ups.
He has participated in Bobbin Show in Atlanta, U.S.A. and Pret-a-Porter in Paris & AAMA-TEX Singapore,visit to The Fashion Institute of Technology,generally known as FIT,is a State University of New York(USA) with the sole objective of "First-Hand-Feel" of latest global trends in manufacture of Ready Made Garments.
During this Trans - World tour, He also visited major machinery manufactures & Garment Manufacturing Units & Buying House in India, USA, UK, Germany, France, South Africa (Luanda), West Africa (Nigeria), Singapore, Hong Kong, U.A.E, Muscat, Bangladesh,Nepal and other parts of the world.
Industrial Experience
- Set up woven / knited / leather / sweater / Circular Knitting / textile manufacturing units. On hands experience of various types of product / fabrics / plant & machinery & manufacturing processes.
- In depth knowledge of associated process like dying / washing / embroideries/ finishing/ shipping/ logistics etc.
- Constant study, intensive research and application of various parameters to set up “State of Art” infrastructures.
- Quality evaluation & upgrade of existing units to be at par with international trend & norms and compliance standards.
- Trained production and quality teams to increase production and streamline processes for minimum wastage.
Faculty Experience
Upon seeing the lack of practical know- how in students graduating out of most fashion institutes, He has initiated & introduced "Plant Layout" subject in the syllabi of GMT department in NIFT, which covers machinery know-how, infrastructure & plant machinery layouts for optimal and streamlined production.
He also conducts workshops and lectures on product development, production costing and merchandising. He has also been for many years on Jury for DP of NIIFT, Mohali.

Rich and diverse experience from year of 1968 to 1990 (22 years) in management execution & coordination Paper Mill, Blade Factory, Thermal Power House (500 MW), Oil Refinery (International), Hotel Project, Textile Projects, Royal Villas (International), VIP Housing Project, Cooperate Office Interiors, Institutional Bulding.
